📄1. General Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Krikkya platform and all its services. By registering on Krikkya or using the platform, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

Krikkya is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh. The company operating the platform ("Krikkya", "we", "us") provides services under these Terms.

These Terms are written in Bengali. In the event of any linguistic ambiguity, Krikkya's interpretation shall be considered final.

👤2. Account Registration

To place bets or use any service on Krikkya, you need to create an account. Providing accurate and truthful information during registration is mandatory.

Account Creation Rules

• Each individual is allowed only one account can be created.
• You must provide your correct name, date of birth, phone number, and email address.
• Accounts created with false information may be closed at any time.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential.
• Sharing your account with others or allowing third parties to use it is strictly prohibited.

Verification (KYC)

Krikkya reserves the right to verify the identity of all members (Know Your Customer). Before processing a withdrawal, you may be asked to submit one of the following documents:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving License
• Recent utility bill (for address verification)

Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed. This is done to protect the security of our members.

🎂3. Eligibility & Age

To use Krikkya's services, you must:

• At least 18 years of age must be met.
• You must place bets in your own name and with your own funds.
• You must be of sound mind and mental capacity.
• Online betting must not be illegal in your area of residence.

Krikkya may request identity documents for age verification at any time. Accounts may be temporarily suspended until age verification is completed.

Krikkya supports multiple payment methods. Please review the following information before making a deposit:

Important Deposit Terms

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Krikkya does not charge any deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Suspicious transactions may be placed on hold pending investigation.

💸5. Withdrawal Policy

Krikkya is committed to fast and secure withdrawals. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Maximum Daily Withdrawal: ৳2,00,000
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals exceeding ৳10,000 may be held until KYC verification is complete.
• Withdrawals are not permitted while a bonus is active until the wagering requirements have been met.
• If fraudulent activity is suspected, withdrawals may be held until an investigation is completed.

The following rules apply to all bets placed on Krikkya. Detailed rules for each sport can be found on the respective service page.

General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• Minimum Bet Amount: ৳50
• Maximum odds on a single bet: 1,000.00
• Match-fixing and syndicate betting are strictly prohibited.
• Krikkya reserves the right to void any bets recorded at incorrect odds due to a technical error.

If a Match is Cancelled or Postponed

• If a match is cancelled, all related bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Bets will be voided if the match does not start within 48 hours of the scheduled time.
• Special rules apply if a match is suspended mid-way during Live Betting.

Betting Limits

Krikkya reserves the right to impose betting limits on specific events or markets. Betting limits may be adjusted for individual members in exceptional circumstances or where suspicious betting patterns are detected.

🎁7. Bonuses & Promotions

Krikkya offers a range of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions that must be followed.

Welcome Bonus

• 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳5,000.
• A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to qualify for the bonus.
• To withdraw bonus winnings, the combined total of bonus + deposit 10x must be wagered.
• You have up to 30 days to meet the wagering requirements.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer can only be claimed once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Winnings earned through bonus funds may be withdrawn once the wagering requirements have been met.
• Krikkya reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• Active bonuses will not be cancelled without prior notice to the member.

🎰8. Lottery Terms & Conditions

Krikkya's lottery service operates under separate rules from its betting service. Please read the following terms carefully before participating in any lottery.

• Lottery draws are conducted entirely through a random algorithm.
• The minimum price per lottery ticket is ৳50.
• Lottery prizes must be claimed within the specified timeframe. The deadline is stated in each lottery's details.
• Claiming large prizes (over ৳50,000) may require additional KYC verification.
• If a lottery result is affected by a technical error, the face value of the affected tickets will be refunded.

Krikkya is firmly committed to responsible gaming. Betting is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We want all our members to enjoy the platform in a healthy and controlled way.

Tools Available to Members

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Limit: Limit the amount you bet within a set time period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break ranging from 24 hours up to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Option to permanently close your account.
• Betting History: View your complete betting history at any time.

• All data is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption.
• Your information is never sold to third parties.
• Automatic alerts are sent for suspicious logins or transactions.
• Use a strong password to keep your account secure.

🚫11. Account Closure

Krikkya reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Registering with false or inaccurate information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse or any fraudulent activity.
• Being underage or operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• Involvement in money laundering or any illegal activity.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform.

Upon account closure, any legitimate funds (excluding bonuses) will be returned. In cases of fraudulent activity, the entire balance may be forfeited.

You can close your account at any time by contacting support or using the self-exclusion option in your settings.

⚖️12. Dispute Resolution

For any disputes or complaints, please contact our customer support team first. Most issues are resolved within 24–48 hours.

Dispute Resolution Steps

1. Send a detailed complaint to our support email at support@krikkya.im.
2. Krikkya will provide an initial response within 24 hours of receiving a complaint.
3. A final decision will be communicated within 7 business days.
4. If you are unsatisfied with the outcome, you may seek resolution through independent arbitration.

🔄13. Changes to Terms

Krikkya reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or an on-platform notice.

• At least 7 Days Prior Members will be notified.
• Continued use of the platform after updated terms take effect will be considered acceptance of those terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may close your account.
• The date of the latest update will always be displayed at the top of this page.
